Refund policy

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase only if design work, materials, printing, cutting, or production has not started.

Once work has begun, the order cannot be canceled or refunded. Deposits, design fees, rush fees, consultation fees, delivery fees, and setup fees are nonrefundable.

Design Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, dates, wording, colors, photographs, measurements, and other order details before approving a design.

Once a design proof is approved, Last Minute Plan is not responsible for errors included in the approved design. Changes requested after approval may require an additional fee and may delay the order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it is received. Contact us within 48 hours if your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the approved design.

Please include:

Your order number
Clear photographs of the item
Photographs of the packaging
A description of the issue

If an error made by Last Minute Plan is confirmed, we may offer a correction, replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

Minor differences in color, placement, texture, printing, engraving, or handmade appearance are not considered defects.

Customer-Provided Items

Customer-provided items are handled with care; however, printing, engraving, cutting, and other customization methods may involve a risk of damage.

Customers are encouraged to provide extra pieces whenever possible. Last Minute Plan is not responsible for damage caused by defects, coatings, manufacturing inconsistencies, or materials that are not suitable for customization.
